Owen Campbell-Jones was a territorial officer who commanded C Battery, 12th Regt RHA (HAC) between 1939 and 1940 and Staff Captain RA for XI Corps. He then served as Camp Commandant HQ 11th and 2nd Corps between 1941-43. He was promoted Lt Col Civil Affairs, first in the Somme District, then West Flanders before being made military governor of the Monschan-Scheider District in Germany at the end of the war. He retired from the TA as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1947.
